AUPE Local 046 Presents Preventing Violence in the Workplace

EDMONTON—Local 046 Presents Preventing Violence in the Workplace. Each Chapter Chair has been sent applications with direction from the Local Executives to pick three members from their Chapter with one of them being a member from their Worksite OH&S Committee. The Seminar is being held at AUPE Headquarters in the newly renamed Ed Mardell ‘A’.
Dennis Malayko AUPE expert on Occupational Health & Safety Legislations will be conducting the Seminar on June 01 2006 from 0800-1600hrs.
Our Members are frontline ANC who are finding an increasing amount of violence on their worksite. Our members cover such group as Nursing Attendants, Dialysis Assistants, Psychiatric Aides and LPNs.
